Our online business Rino88 & HasGuitar.com is VAT registered in the U.K., VAT number: 888720080GB. We are an E-retailer and do not have a retail premises. Please note: We are unable to provide a collection service.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by PAYPAL, Personal Cheque (Please allow up to 7 days for personal and business cheques to clear), Bankers Draft, Postal Order or cash. To pay by cheque or postal order, continue through to the checkout and click on the payment option for details on how to do this.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel items from your order at any time prior to your order being despatched, by telephoning 0790 5315478 during normal office hours. Cancellation requests may also be sent to Rino88@gmail.com with the order reference number and products name in the subject field header and the word 'cancel'.
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days from the day after you receive the product. Please see our returns policy for further details.

Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser.

Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Please allow 48 hours for delivery within the UK. European shipping times are subject to your countries local courier. All items shown on our website are in stock and available for immediate sale.

Note that we do not charge a delivery cost for UK orders from our website Rino88 and HasGuitar, however for outside of UK, buyers are recommended to contact us so we can determine the delivery costs to a particular country outside the U.K. The standard post & packaging cost per guitar is £15 for U.K. orders and this is included in the total price shown on website Rino88 and HasGuitar.

Most Orders are shipped by an express courier network (interlink, parcel force, or dhl) and are insured against loss or damage until signed for by you.

It is worthwhile inspecting the items for damage before you sign for delivery. (Please Note. If box is damaged in anyway make a note of this on the drivers docket and mark box damaged and signed un-opened) damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.

If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver they will put a card through your door with a contact telephone number on so that you can re-arrange delivery. The courier will do this twice only, after two failed delivery attempts the goods are returned to ourselves and there will be another delivery charge applied to your order for a third attempt. If you need to change the delivery address after an attempted delivery failure, there will be an extra charge if the new delivery address is in a different postcode area.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer; will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return this to us (in the original packaging). We cannot accept the liability for goods damaged by a courier because of insufficient packing by you the customer. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
We provide a 21 days returns policy for all our products. We can offer refund or replacement. In case of return please insure the item is in original condition and packaging. All delivery costs are the responsibility of buyers.

Goods

EU Customers: All prices quoted on website exclude VAT at the current rate of 15%. The 15% VAT is added automatically to the total order price by our website before payment is made. Please note VAT is non-refundable on all overseas orders.

All goods remain the property of Rino88 & HasGuitar until paid for in full.
All guitars and guitar accessories consist of a 21 day returns policy. The 21 days start from the day the customer receives item. Customers are responsible to check item and insure it is returned within 21 days if not fully satisfied.

Consumer Protection

In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, the consumer has seven working days in which to cancel the contract of sale.

Any claims for damage, non-functionality must be made within 10 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of goods Act 1979.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All goods are sold subject to the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. E&OE., & the Distance Selling Act 2000.
